Divine Life is a church goverened and shephered by a community of elders, who share equal authority. Our C-sections (small groups) are led by our pastors.

Our elders serve the Body as overseers: they are responsible for guiding and nurturing our individual and corporate development. Also, they serve our pastors, equipping and encouraging them. Elders are selected for their spiritual, personal, and relational maturity, for their demonstrated commitment to the mission of Divine Life, and for their unique gifts and abilities.

PASTORS

Our pastors serve as the leaders of our C-sections (small groups). They are responsible for shepherding and discipling those within their group, and for helping others to become mature ministers. Also, they serve our elders by providing support and accountability. Pastors are selected for their spiritual, personal, and relational maturity, for their demonstrated commitment to the mission of Divine Life, and for their unique gifts and abilities.
